Galaxy Mega 6.3 is much thinner by 1 mm in comparison with smaller sibling here which measures a thickness of 9 mm. Galaxy Mega 6.3 is with 6.3 inches TFT display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. Pixel density of Mega 6.3 is higher standing at 233 while its smaller sibling provides 190 PPI.

Samsung has powered Mega 6.3 phone is powered with 1.7 Ghz Cortex A15 quad core processor with 1.5 GB RAM. Galaxy Mega 5.8 is powered with 1.4 Ghz dual core processor, maker is unknown with 1.5 GB RAM. No Apple phone is more than 1 GB.

Samsung can’t think anything other than Android right now although rumors of Tizen OS by them is on high. Pricing of both the smartphones is still unknown to all. All that we know, its availability is said to be May in Europe, Russia and Asian. No word on USA, Canada, Australia availability.
