• Now choose ‘Clear data’ under Phone Storage and ‘Clear Cache’ under Cache.
• If these methods don’t work, uninstall the Play Store updates using path, Settings> Applications> Manage Apps> Choose Google- Play Store > Uninstall Update.
• That will fix the problem.
