wechat is shit services.Cannot delete account. always problem of being block and banned account. Wechat is scammed services.
This service is a total scam. I never get any feedback that suggests my account will be deleted. I will never trust these kinds of services again. Probably it is the same with WhatsApp.
I have sent two emails using the method as mentioned; still no success. Hvorfor? I wonder.
Honestly, this policy of this company really is very stupid I think. They think they can be popular and not give a care to people’s need of their account to be deleted.

I verified this number on wechat and used wechat …
there was a problem with my password so I selected “forgot password ” and verified this number again and logged in successfully ….
now when I do like this, it gives me an error.
verification error (4,-123)
and it is not verifying and not logging in…
Then I registered through email and tried to connect it with contact number but it does not verify it….. it gives the same error .

Your WeChat ID can be change any number of times.
Follow this -
1. Initially open your WeChat account, go to settings and then click on My Account.
2. Here tap WeChat ID.
3. Now you can enter your new WeChat ID and then click on save.

You can recover a lost password by clicking the “Can’t access your account” on the Log In screen of the app via a linked mobile phone number, QQ ID or email. You cannot retrieve your password if it is not linked to any other accounts.
Each account you register is independent; for eksempel, an old account will not affect the use of a new one.

Fact is there is no way to delete a wechat account thats why its terrible app, their support team never reply to any queries too.

As far as I know, they don’t reveal your mobile number to any one as their they maintain privacy just like any other social sites/app.
