Propeller Ads as claimed is one of the best network but by usage we learn that it require more than that. They accepts advertisers with campaigns based CPA and CPL conversions and for publishers they say payout 200% higher and 100 % monetization for all visitors. From publishers point of view, they support pre-rolls, post-roll, pop-ups, pop-unders and overlay ads.
Reporting Interface
We were unsatisfied with the reporting interface that shows up for publishers. Login to your publisher account and click on Revenue to show all reports. The open filters does show up the whatever stats that you try.
You can also export reports to XLS file and save them on your desktop or even share with others collaborators.
Payment Terms
They pay publishers via Wire Transfer and Payoneer with minimum payout set at $ 100 for Payoneer and $ 500 for Wire transfer. Payment is based on NET 30 means you will be paid after 30 days of reaching the minimum payout. Payoneer is the yet another payment processor and works just like PayPal allowing you to withdraw money to bank. Until July 2014, PayPal was supported but they have stopped paying via PayPal and we confirmed Propeller team.[Updated 15 Augusts 2014]

My Story From Scratch
I came across Propeller Media through Google Ads on some website while browsing through the web. I quickly opened the site, went ahead and joined the network as publisher. As soon as I did that, under control panel I couldn’t find any options where I can generate ads codes for integration. I took their email support and talked with Jenny Stark via email, other support option includes Skype. She asked me number of impressions that I generate per day, I emailed here and in reply I got 120 x 600, 160 x 600, 300 x 250, 468 x 60, 728 x 90 iframe ad codes. I asked Jenny to send us Java Script codes, she did that as I knew that Google partially supports frames and iframes.
Once I integrated ads on my blog at Technos Amigos, I forgot it for two days. Then I was surprised to see the following stats after 2 days completion.
Even though I have generated more than 2500+ impressions per day with average 2 clicks per day I was able to see no earning for three days I have used the network. Still I continued a day with them so as I can review it for you and contacted Jenny Stark via eMail about ZERO earning. This is what reply I got from them - 
She insisted me to use pop under and claimed I have very less traffic with no conversions at all. And after that I am here for the review. This was enough for me to judge the network even though I didn’t meet their minimum payout or even using network for 30 days. Story doesn’t end there as I had second trial of review.
Second Trial of Review: I recently (This para added on February 5, 2014) tried their Pop-up and Pop-under ad network on one of my other blog. Although I hate pop-ups and pop-unders, I had to try it out but after my trials, results were outstanding. The following the filtered earning via pop-ups and pop-under(onclick ads) where in CPM rates is very high -
The new control panel launched in May 2014 is very simplified and provides accurate information. It does have the following tabs -

Our Experience
More than people who recommend at forums, stats speaks loud enough. From the above statistics, it clear that they pay nothing for using banner. Even though they mention $0.20 CPM rate, they lack behind all other low paying CPM networks as well. A pure CPM network is purely based on impressions and it shouldn’t be based on Clicks, Conversions, CPM rate. Working with Propeller Ads we understood that it needs Conversions, but we ask - did any CPM network requires Conversions? If you want to use it as CPC site then go ahead, you may find some success but usage of it as CPM, we recommend to avoid them. We can’t predict whether its scam or not.

i prefer to stay away of companies like this one.
it is always a bad sign, when domain name of an ad network is registered anonymous. in case of propellerads.com, the domain name is a “domain by proxy”.Another strange thing is: the company claims to be based in UK, but all people working there, are Russians.
Also people who have English names are in real Russians, who use fake names.
the most strange part for me is not, that this is a Russian network, it is rather, that this network is operated by a group of anonymous people, who fake their personalities and their location.
propellerads works with torrent sites, cyberlockers, “sharing boards” (blogs containing links to warez) and any kind of websites supporting online piracy.
when i contacted the support of propellerads, their representative replied from a gmail address. he told me proudly (in very broken english), that propellerads works with “big player” like letitbit and some another sites. but finally he has not even answered one of my questions (?).
i examined the ads delivered by propellerads and have found ads of very poor quality. no one respectable advertiser works with propellerads. therefore, not good earnings possible.
i also read, that paypal is about to suspend all paypal accounts of propellerads, because propellerads supports online piracy with their ads. (search on google for: “Top Piracy Enablers”)
i contacted some another publisher, who already use propellerads on their websites. they all told me, that they earn only few cents for good traffic and the only reason, why they use propellerads is, because their websites are not accepted by any another ads network.
i guess, because propellerads approves every trashy website. they have only trashy ads. that’s why, no any premium advertiser work with propellerads.
after some research i also noted, that many propellerads reviews on the internet are written by propellerads employees. this is ridiculous.
after facing all the circumstances. i decided, not to join this network.
Payment Proofs
We got paid by them several times and we are happy working with them although payment got delayed (sometimes NET 50 or sometime NET 60).

Conclusion
It won’t be bad to say that, it’s the possible Google Adsense replacement and we found that it performs well if pop-unders are enabled. Expect a big earning if Pop-under and pop-ups is your requirements.

According our terms your payment will be automatically processed after 30 days after the end of the earning period.
This means for example, that your earnings for period “1st – 30th September” should be paid during the first business week of November.

As I answered you on another site, unfortunately banners significantly less profitable than popunders or other more effective ads formats.
Your CTR looks rather low and you can improve your income by changing ther banner placements, but to say more we need to review your account.
The most common causes of low rates are traffic geo and not relevant ads (I recommend you to open a ticket so our team can investigate and optimize your campaign).

I dont give a darn if they pay others or not, They concluded they won’t pay me and hence just scammed me $600.
Without any intimation they said that my payments are frozen because my traffic is considered fake.
And when i talked with my account manger long ago he/she assured that i will get paid my earnings.. And after all they just get me pissed off by scamming me..

Even we (India) got payment recently via Paypal, they usually takes 2-3 months time to pay you via PayPal.

Maybe not available right now but I am getting paid since a year with PayPal only. The payment comes from some Propeller advertisers, latter it’s confirmed by Propeller support to me that So and so has sent you payment which was supposed to be paid. Sometime the whole month earning is divided into two payments from different sender.

Wire Transfer is better if you are able to wait for $500 mark or else go with Paypal as minimum payout is $100.

I have kept Paypal is the preferred choice for payment although Propeller officially says that the payment via PayPal are delayed. So expect delay in payment if selecting that.
But right now i don’t see paypal in option, well go check-in again, let me know if u still seeing it there and if u don’t see it there, so ping me will the alternate u found for yourself.

I am sorry as I have no right answer for your question. With any ad network earning depends on niche and visitors takes the next priority.
As in the review I have said that, earning is higher only if you enable Pop-up ads. Otherwise you will make nothing more than $1 with 100 clicks based on CPC(My Stats).

Payment are based on NET 30 basis and they support PayPal and Wire Transfer, Payoneer, QIWI, Yandex Money, WebMoney Z, Webmoney E, Webmoney R, ePayments, EPESE. With PayPal they make us payment on NET 30 basis. Not sure what are terms with Payoneer. Do connect their support once.

Here are bad things about PropellerAds:
1 – They don’t pay on time, many publishers report getting payment after 2 or 3 months.
2 – They just don’t want to pay. They will ignore your emails regarding payment for several days
3- They are poorly organized
4- They spend heavily on Adwords promotion, meaning they are taking the publishers’ profit to promote themselves, this explains the delay in payments.

i made some dollars with propeller ads and now i have no way to withdraw it because i never reached their $100 limit. i have to wait net 30 and reach more than $100 in order to get my payment. thats ok! i can tolerate that because its one of their payment requirement. but here is the point i got confused! i thought they will bring forward my previous months earning to the current month like if i dont reach my $100. but unfortunately i found out non of my previous month earnings are brought forward. i have more than $100 in my account if i add all of my previous month income. i dont know when im going to get paid. my money got stuck in propeller ads now.

(mike is my cyber name) i have made around $123 from april 2014 to may 31st 2014 un $141 from april 2014 to june 21 2014 ( until today). im still confused. i got a $77 pending payment for the month of april and i dont know when will they pay it, when i asked support about payment all they said is i have to wait net 30 and reach $100+ to get my payment. but i dont understand how will i reach net 30 if they dont bring forward my earning. do i have to reach $100 for the current month to clear the april pending payment ? if it like that will they pay my april earning and my current month earning together ? what about month of may ? im seriously confused here. what about month of may ? i have made around $46 dollars in may. how will they pay it if they dont bring forward my funds to the next month. i dont see it as pending too. im totally confused with their payment system.
i found out how their payment system works from an online forum. Their payment system works like this! Example:- If i earn $100 or more in month of May, My payment will be processed at the start of July (1st - 5th July). If i were unable to earn $100 (minimum threshold), My payment from that month will be added on next payout term.
So if i have earned $77 in April, un $46 in May, i will get full payout of $123 at the start of July. now its clear i have not got scammed from propeller ads. i have to wait until july to see whether i get my payment or not. i hope propeller ads will pay me on time. i will let you guys know about it.

You might see a paragraph been added in the article saying that their popup and popunder ads fetches the best revenue. This is from my recent experience in the month of January 2014 but still they need to work on Banner Advertising.
I am 100% agree with you, they really pay better than others. But its also true that they need to optimize their banner ads. Banner ads have so low CPM. But their popups & popunders has handsome CPM. Am waiting for my 1st payment in April. Hope for best.

I am looking for the reviews of the propellerads network after working with them. I am quite surprised that people are not having good experience with propellerads. I am taking this network as CPC network. CPM for my sites is above 1 USD . I am using their 300 x 250 un 480 x 60 ads. Getting payment on time and best support via Skype. Monetizing my site as never before even not with adsense. Getting better revenue then adsense. May Be the reason is my site is having higher traffic from top countries USA UK CANADA but inshort I am satisifed with them.

Why it seems that my pop-under do not seem to work or do not show…I do not where to paste it. i pasted it on my header.php…<body > before or even after that only code where i can find the word “body”. Popunder seem not to show. My website it http://www.pageantanswers.com
I tried disabling ads on my browser and checked. Popup ads are enabled on your site. It doesn’t need to be in header and since you use wordpress you can paste it on Appearance > Widget > Text or HTML.

I have decent traffic for all of my blogs and until now AdSense works the best for me.
One of their Media Buyers (Olga Cox) contacted me and said she can give me a fixed CPM rate of $0.3 during our testing period. She even said she will initiate the payment for this trial. Unfortunately after testing for few days, she disappeared, and never replies to my email. I have even sent email to their support team for few times, and the result is the same. They just ignored. Please be aware of this scam site. Now they owe me $90USD, and I will never work with them again.

For CPM Try : Madadsmedia.com they are pretty good if you get decent CTR.

$0.12 CPM on Adversal is fetched when you have 50 % of your overall traffic from Asian countries. If you have more than 50 % traffic from USA, UK, Canada then you are bound to get $0.15-$0.20 CPM rate.

I am earning about $1.2 for 10,000 impressions on an average per day from Adversal. This is the best that I could find. Do you know a CPM network that pays more than this?
$1.2 for 10,000 impressions means you have eCPM rate of $0.12 on an average. That’s good and that’s what we are paid right now by Adversal.
If you have more impressions then try out other networks.
Propellerads is good if you use popups ads which provide cpm rate upto $10 if you use popups only. Banner cpm is not good. I am getting good cpm via popups only.
