JEE Main April Session Registration Closed; Know Other Important Notifications

National Testing Agency (NTA) has just finished the online application procedure of JEE Main 2019 April attempt on March 7. NTA will conduct the April session of JEE Main from April 7 to 20 in computer-based mode, except for the drawing test in Paper II which is going to be a pen-and-paper based test. Both Papers I & II will be conducted in two shifts. Only the indexed applicants will be capable of taking part in the assessment procedure.

The admit card of JEE Main April session will be available on the official website from March 20, 2019. The result will be publicized on April 30 for Paper 1 whereas, for Paper 2, it will be announced on May 15. The collective rank list of both the session will be made public after the April examination. Important Dates to Remember




  • Availability of the application form- February 8, 2019
  • The final date of application form submission- March 7, 2019
  • Availability of the application correction window- March 11-15, 2019
  • Availability of JEE main admit card- March 20, 2019
  • JEE main April 2019 examination- April 7 to 20, 2018 (8 slots out of which an applicant can choose one)
  • Availability of the answer key and OMR sheet- Will be informed
  • Declaration of the result of JEE main April 2019- April 30, 2019 (Paper 1) and May 15, 2019 (Paper 2)

JEE Main April 2019 Admit Card

Enrolled applicants will be able to download the JEE Main admit card of April 2019 on and from March 20 from the official website i.e. https://jeemain.nic.in. Particulars on the topic of the test location, timings, roll number, and more will be presented on the admit card.

The applicants will be needed to download and bring the admit card to the examination centre. A photo identity evidence has to be produced as well along with the admit card. Without admit card, the aspirants will not be permitted to take part in the assessment.

JEE Main April 2019: Test Pattern

JEE Main examination is going to be held as a Computer-Based Test from the session of 2019. Using a detailed discussion of the test pattern of JEE Main 2019, the applicants will be capable of understanding how the test will be conducted, the nature of questions asked, selected time and so on.

NTA has released the course outline of JEE Main April 2019. Applicants can verify which subjects and sections have to be prepared for the test. The syllabus will contain areas from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for Paper I and Mathematics, Aptitude Test, and Drawing for Paper II. The syllabus of the exam is given below.

To help the students in their preparation, NTA will be releasing the mock test of JEE Main April 2019 shortly. The mock test will be composed of the precise model as the original test. By the use of the mock test, the aspirants will be able to get ready for the exam by exploring the outline of the test. These mock test of JEE Main 2019 will help the aspirants in applying whatever they have learned and making their time-management skill stronger as well.
