When Android 4.1 Jelly Bean was announced we thought that Android 4.2 might be called as Key Lime Pie as Google Nexus 7 was released. But Google with the launch of Nexus 7 named Android 4.2 as Jelly Bean again and now the focus shifts on the next bigger version of Android as expected it will be called as Key Lime Pie.

The Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie might be unveiled in February or March 2013 just after the big shows like CES and MWC 2013. The good news for the Android lovers is that Key Lime Pie has apparently appeared in a mobile phone called Sony LT30i smartphone. Sony LT30i smartphone is spotted passing through various Benchmark test and this is the smartphone will be headed for the launch in 2013 along the Sony Xperia 2013 lineup.

Sony LT30i smartphone is the variant of the Sony XPeria T clocked at 1.6 GHz and we might expect it to be one of the Sony Nexus smartphone.




Sony LT30i smartphone is powered with 1.6 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8260 chipset with moderate Adreno 220 graphics. The smartphone certainly has the 720p resolution and exact specifications of the device and exact details of the device might be revealed when we hear about it coming days from Sony Mobiles. We might soon hear from Sony about this smartphone as the main event of mobile phones industry called Consumer Electronics Show and Mobile World Congress 2013 are very near.
